Support Multiple Fields in InfluxDB 0.9+ · 5e6d876b

* Update influxdb 0.9 plugin to iterate thru fields returned by InfluxDB
  and output ea. field metric separately
* Updates default label to include Field Name
* Update spec to include updated label
* Add spec for multiple fields
* Do not print the field in the label when the name is value
